Global Leader in Direct Vision Refuse Vehicle Design, Dennis Eagle, Joins Together for Safer Roads to Improve Fleet Safety

New York, NY (April 8, 2024) – Together for Safer Roads (TSR), a leading non-governmental organization dedicated to advancing road safety through cross-sector collaboration and technological innovation, proudly announces the addition of Dennis Eagle as its newest member. Dennis Eagle, a leading global supplier of refuse collection vehicles and a pioneer in Direct Vision (low blind-zone) cab design, aligns with TSR’s commitment to promoting global fleet safety and reducing traffic-related incidents worldwide.

Dennis Eagle’s expertise in vehicle design tailored to the evolving safety needs of customers has helped make them a premier vehicle supplier in the waste management industry. The company has a long standing commitment to safety innovation and sustainability, with its vehicles present in markets globally.

Dennis Eagle is a US manufacturer, with a new plant and headquarters based in Summerville, SC. In 2022, Dennis Eagle partnered with Century Waste Services to incorporate their ProView vehicles in waste collection in New York City, and have supplied to many municipalities including Calgary, Dallas, Denver and Pittsburgh. The ProView chassis has best-in-class visibility through its large panoramic cab and unobstructed walkthrough design, enhancing safety for both the driver and crew and vulnerable road users.
